Yes, a Travel Fee of $60.00 applies to all Mobile Services in the Ottawa Area. For locations outside of Ottawa, the Travel Fee is $60.00 + $0.50/km travelled outside of Ottawa, one way. Travel Fees are not included in our BVB Bridal Packages, they are calculated separately based on your location and added to your Personalized BVB Bridal Quote. ​ For Example: If you are getting ready at The Grand Hotel Carleton Place, your Travel Fee will be: $60 + ($0.50/km x 52km) = $85​ ​ We offer Mobile Services anywhere inside Ontario/Quebec. ​ Please Note: All Weddings with a travel time of 1.5 hours or more are subject to a compulsory Accommodation Fee of $160.00 (Flat Rate to ensure affordability) for the night prior to the event (This does not apply to Bridal Trials). For example, for a bridal party of Bride+5, the total time required will be around 6 hours (7:00am-1:00pm). An Additional MUA is required for larger Bridal Parties (4+) with early finish times.
